These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and Saniye Yıldız, trading as Brimm Interactive ("Brimm Interactive", "we") for the Roshamball mobile game (the "Game"). By downloading, playing or signing in to the Game you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the Game. If the Turkish and English versions differ, the Turkish version prevails for players in Turkey.
The Game is for players aged 13 and over. If you are under 13, you may not use the Game.
If you are under 18, read these Terms with your parent or guardian and use the Game — especially purchases — with their permission. Parents are responsible for purchases made by their children; you can require purchase approval in your device's store settings.
You can play offline as a guest. Online matches, leagues, rewards and the store require signing in with Apple, Google or (where enabled) email.
You are responsible for the security of your account and everything done with it. You may not sell, transfer, rent or share your account.
If you lose access to your sign-in method (your Apple/Google account), we may be unable to recover your account. Link a second sign-in method in Settings to reduce this risk.
Your nickname must not impersonate anyone or contain insults, hate speech, obscenity, political propaganda or advertising, and must not infringe anyone's trademarks or rights. We may change inappropriate nicknames.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited licence to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes in line with these Terms. The Game, cards, artwork, sounds, music, logos, software and all in-game content belong to Brimm Interactive or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of anything to you.
You must not:
use cheats, bots, automation, macros or third-party software that modifies the Game;
interfere with, reverse-engineer or tamper with the Game's code, servers or network traffic (except where the law expressly allows it);
exploit bugs instead of reporting them to us, or spread them;
fix matches, deliberately lose or let others win (win-trading), or boost rating with multiple accounts;
systematically abandon matches or let them time out to spoil other players' experience;
buy, sell or trade accounts, in-game currency or items outside the Game;
harass, threaten or defraud other players or our team.
Sanctions: depending on severity — a warning, a rating/league reset, removal of gains, removal from the leaderboard, temporary suspension, or permanent closure of the account. Serious violations may lead to permanent closure without a refund of in-game currency or items. You can appeal a sanction at support@brimminteractive.com; appeals are reviewed by a person.
The Game has Gold (earned from match and season rewards, daily login and rewarded ads) and, when offered, a premium currency that can only be bought with real money. Cosmetic items may also be sold.
In-game currency and items are a limited licence, not real money: they cannot be cashed out, refunded, transferred to another account, and have no value outside the Game.
Earn and spend amounts, prices, rewards and item properties may change for game balance.
Your balances and items end when your account is deleted or closed under these Terms.
All real-money purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Apple or Google takes the payment; prices are shown in the store including taxes.
Digital content you buy is delivered to your account immediately, with your consent. To the extent permitted by the law that applies to you, you therefore lose any statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has begun (for players in Turkey: Distance Contracts Regulation art. 15/1-ğ; in the EU: Consumer Rights Directive art. 16(m)). You will be told this and asked to agree on the purchase screen.
Refunds are requested through the store's own process: Apple · Google Play. Currency and items granted by a refunded purchase may be removed from your account; if the balance is insufficient, the account may be restricted.
If you were charged but the purchase did not arrive, email support@brimminteractive.com with your store receipt.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
The Game shows rewarded and interstitial ads. Watching rewarded ads is optional; the reward is granted after Google verifies the ad was completed. Advertisers are responsible for the products and services in their ads. For ad choices, see the Privacy Policy.
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". Online features need an internet connection and may be unavailable at times because of maintenance, updates, outages or third-party service interruptions.
If you disconnect or do not act in time, the server may play your move or record the match as lost under the match rules. Match results are decided only by the server and are final; we may correct a result caused by an obvious system error.
We may change rules, cards, balance, league and season structure and rewards, and add or remove features. If the Game is going to be shut down, we will announce it in the Game at least 30 days in advance.
You may need to install the latest version to keep playing.
Test versions: closed testing, TestFlight and similar pre-release versions may contain bugs. Rating, league, Gold, items and all other progress earned in them may be deleted or reset before or at the Game's official launch, without compensation. If you were charged real money in a test version outside the store's test (sandbox) environment, email support@brimminteractive.com.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of in-game progress, rating or ranking. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Game in the 12 months before the claim. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent, gross negligence, or under mandatory consumer law.
You can close your account at any time under Settings → Delete account (details: Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (3, 5, 9, 11) remain in force.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Consumers in Turkey may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee of their place of residence within the monetary limits set under Law No. 6502, and to the Consumer Courts above those limits. If you live outside Turkey, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence still apply to you. EU consumers may also use their local consumer dispute bodies.
We may update these Terms. We will announce material changes in the Game before they take effect. Continuing to use the Game after a change means you accept the new Terms; if you do not, you may close your account.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the rest remain in effect. Not exercising a right is not a waiver of it. Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms and are not responsible for the Game; on Apple devices, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
